NEWBURGH, Ind. — “It seems like yesterday, but it seems like forever ago,” said Morgan Castillo, chef and owner of the Tin Fish, referring to her beginnings at the restaurant’s first location on Jennings Street in Newburgh.
She began working there when it opened in 2005. She bought it in 2007.
Recently, she built a brand new building to house the restaurant plus more commercial space and is rockin’ the popular seafood spot into its next era.
